I shared on Sunday some of the amazing beauty of Unity’s campus in Lee’s Summit, MO. How amazing to consider the thought and imagination that caused Charles and Myrtle to dedicate their lives to living and sharing their connection to the Christ within. I participated as 62 new ministers were ordained from around the world. Some Zoomed in from Nigeria, Puerto Rico and U.K! It quickly became apparent, as I was immersed in all this growing and meeting new ministers, that we were awash in what love does. It is always expansive.
Not only have the campus and the buildings grown to meet opportunities, so have the numbers of people reaching out to share spiritual laws and impact our thought processes and actions. Unity Church of Bon Air is part of this growing! Another new member class will be having dinner at my home on Friday. We are making plans to support the children in our community and young adults are meeting regularly. Our first round of Spirit Groups has completed their time together. We have helped build homes and provide food beyond our walls. And a new class begins tonight with Rev. Alva!
I am so very grateful for all the people that shared Unity’s message so that we can now share it too. They had to take one step at a time, just as we have done and continue to do! I appreciate each one who shows up here to sing, speak, teach, prepare food, work with technology, create our garden spaces, play with children and so much more! I appreciate how we discover together the Oneness of which we are an expression. THANK YOU!
The fire of Spirit is always present and at work. I can’t wait to see what is unfolding as we listen both collectively and individually to the voice within. LOVE IS ON THE LOOSE!
