President
Zita has been a member for 18 years I’ve had several roles: Prayer Chaplain Coordinator, Prayer Chaplain; Board of Directors, Board President, Finance Committee Chair, Service Leader, Sunday Messages, Facilitator of Courageous Conversation, and Music Team. She is an Ordained Baptist Minister, graduated Virginia Union Seminary Evans-Smith School of Divinity in Religious Studies.
Vice President
Amy has a 45+ years in local government with experience in social work, executive leadership, policy writing, program implementation, budget and finance, training and staff development and risk management.
Treasurer
After 25 years of working in the home warranty industry, Myra retired in March of 2020. She is the proud mother of two wonderful sons and the Nano of two awesome grandsons. Myra has served previously on the Board and in many other capacities, and has attended Unity of Bon Air since 2000.
Secretary
Rev. Lisa C. Marks, M.Ed is a Religious Science Minister and Prayer Chaplain at Unity Bon Air. She is a teacher first and foremost, and has been for over 30 years, not only through the school system, but through the myriad of spiritual classes she has taught on a variety of topics. Rev Lisa is a credentialed counselor, specializing in grief and inner child work. She is a Reiki practitioner and a regressionist.
Board Member
Chuck Clark came to Bon Air in 2000. He has served in the Youth & Family Ministry (10 years with the Y.O.U. and about the same with grades K through 3), and been involved with men of Unity since its inception (many projects, fun events, spiritual growth). Chuck has been a Prayer Chaplain, served on the Board of Directors, been a part of the Hospitality team, sung in the Choir, performed in our drama production at Easter, and acted in Readers Theatre.

As a Clinical Psychologist, Joann taught in the Psychology department at James Madison University for more than 40 years.  Joann and her husband Phil retired in 2019 and not only moved to Richmond, but moved into Rev. Joyce Fisher Pierce's former home behind the garden.  Joann serves on the CARES team, the Finance Committee and on the Garden Team with her husband Phil.
Board Member
For over 40 years, Michael has dedicated his career to the enhancement of healthcare efficiency and effectiveness through innovations leveraging information technology and unique partnerships and collaborations. His accomplishments include his leadership in the field of interoperability and health information exchange (HIE), founding chair of The Sequoia Project; chair of the eHealth Exchange Coordinating Committee; founding CEO of MedVirginia, the first HIE to connect to the VA and Department of Defense health record systems and the SSA; and founding CEO of ConnectVirginia, the statewide HIE for Virginia. He was named one of the “26 Smartest People in Health IT” by Becker’s Health IT and was also named Executive of the Year by eHealth Initiative.  Michael received both his B.S. in Mathematics and his M.S. in Public Health from the University of North Carolina. Michael enjoys spending time on the golf course and is the proud grandparent of his five-year old granddaughter, Jocelyn.

Jane is a retired educator and now spends her time tutoring chronically-ill children.
Board Trustee
Rusty is the retired owner of The Lindsay Group, a home inspection service. Prior to starting the company he was a custom home builder in the Richmond area.
Board Trustee
Tom spent his career in advertising before retiring from the Martin Agency, and worked several years for the Virginia House of Delegates when the General Assembly was in session.
