Re: Annual Meeting May 17, 2026
Dear Church Member,
You are invited to attend our Annual Meeting on May 17th at 12:15pm, in the sanctuary or via livestream on our YouTube channel. For those joining us in-person, we will have “Fellowship Coffee Express” for a quick time of refreshment (after the service and before the meeting starts).
We have two board positions to fill and four wonderful candidates: Kathy Breece, Andie Gauna, Sharyn Mann, and Lawrence Schechter. We will vote by written ballots. The two candidates with the most votes will become board members and the remaining two will serve on the board as alternates. The candidates’ photos and bios are attached for your reference. Last year’s meeting minutes are also attached.

Please cast your vote for two(2) people only. You may cast your vote in one of the following ways:
- In Person - no later than 12pm on May 17th
A) During UCBA office hours (M-Th, 10am-2pm) from May 4th
through May 14th; or
B) On Sundays May 10th and 17th - Email your ballot – before Noon on Thursday, May 14th
