I would like to put a plug in for midweek activities at UBA. Barbie does Chair Yoga at 11:00 a.m., which is great for the body and the mind. At 12:00 noon, we have group meditation in the sanctuary; there is guided meditation and silence, followed by sharing lunch together with whatever we bring.
It is a great time to do self-care no matter which part you do. There is laughter, movement, stillness and listening to Spirit, as well as the joy of eating together. We believe that connecting with our Christ-consciousness is the one essential for wholeness and health. If you prefer to do this as your own private practice - great! I am offering encouragement for each of us to go to base camp (Christ within) and let the love flow happen daily.
