Let each breath remind us that God is always with us. We are the spark of the Divine! In stillness and quiet we come into our sacred heart space where we are surrounded and saturated in magnificent and divine light, love and peace. We feel safe, secure and confidant.
Now is the time to set love into action. We take this divine love and peace and send it into the universe. We know beyond a shadow of a doubt that Peace begins with us!! We acknowledge our differences, and pay attention to our oneness. We lovingly listen to others, even though we may disagree. We honor everyone. We create spiritual space for all who cross our path.
We honor all men and women who serve our country to preserve our freedom and peace. Some have given the ultimate sacrifice, their lives. I am enfolded in gratitude! And so it is.

On Prayer Chaplain Sunday we learned about 'returning to headquarters'. Charles Fillmore used that term to refer to returning to God. Whenever situations arise whether personally or with those we care about or just in the world in general, we can wring our hands and be stressed or we can go to headquarters. This doesn't mean we pretend nothing's happening. Instead, it is like the Golden Key taught by New Thought leader Emmet Fox - instead of the problem; we turn our focus on God. We pray. We remember we are one with All That Is. With Divine Faith we trust that as we keep our focus on what we want - instead of what we don't like or want - then we attract more good into our lives. And joined by other likeminded individuals who are also praying, we create a powerful energy for positive change. So let's go to headquarters and pray.
Settle into a comfortable position. Take a deep cleansing breath and let it out slowly as your body and mind relax. Focus on the Divine Love within you - the Christ within you. Speak these words aloud with your Divine Power.
I am radiant, strong, and full of life. I have Divine Wisdom. I go into the Silence and ask what is mine to do and then listen. Spirit is always working in me and through me and I take the next right step. I am safe, secure and protected. I am loved and I am loving. I attract good into my life. I have Divine Strength. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I am a beacon for others to see what is possible even when times are hard. I am an expression of the Christ; I let my light shine.
I am grateful and it is done.
And so it is.
