Using the breath and gentle movement we bring harmony to our bodies and mind. A great way to distress! Yoga unites body, mind and spirit. We will do gentle stretches and yoga poses mostly seated. Some poses are standing with the aid of a chair. Wear comfortable clothes, and sneakers. Bring water, and a pillow (if desired).
