Rejuvenate and relax with Sound Journey, a meditative and restorative crystal bowl sound bath hosted by Erin Housholder.

You are invited to bring items that will enhance your experience, such as comfortable clothes, a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, eye masks, etc.

All are welcome! No experience required.

Doors open at 6pm, session begins at 6:15, ending by 7:30. Please arrive in time to select your spot, use the restroom and silence your phone. 

Suggested donation $10 – 20+ which includes a generous Love Offering to Unity Church of Bon Air in gratitude for their continued support of this program.
