All are welcome to explore silence together on Tuesday evenings with an in-person community-oriented meditation practice. By meditating as a group, we have the opportunity to share, listen and hold space for each other, supporting and healing through witness and silence. For an optimal experience, you will be invited to explore various breathwork techniques and subtle guided movements that can assist the body and mind to move more readily and deeply into silence and stillness.
